I went today 4/3/25 and it was locked. The sign said to call Hampton’s 311 number. I found out that it is locked now and only available if you are a registered camper (about $31/night) and their hours are 9-1 with the park ranger. On the bright side, I guess its now clean and not abused, but the signage is lacking and made me waist about an hour of my time with no satisfaction since I was there at 3pm and they were closed, so I couldn’t even pay the camping fee just to get the privilege to dump. Why they waist time by having a call to 311 to just turn you down after a long long wait is beyond me.
Located in a park near the maintenance building and what appears to be a small campground. NASTY! Hole too high and deep for our class B. Poop on the concrete, rinse water, no potable water.

It’s often full. This may be because the top is always left open so it can fill with rain…idk
