Monterey County Park at Laguna Seca Raceway about 3 miles east of Monterey on the north side of CA 68. The dump is in the campground at the top of a very steep (12%) half-mile grade. $10 or less.

Oceanside Harbor, 1302 N Pacific St, Oceanside CA 92054. Public dump station is located directly across from boat ramps near Parking Lot 11, south side of harbor. $10 or less.
