This dump is open Wednesday 1-2pm and has fresh water fill, with unlimited space (45+ foot OK). I understand these hours are limited: this site is catering to local RV homeless. Everyone is welcome. The site is operated by Rebuilding Together Easy Bay North with administrative contact (510) 644-8979. It is operated at no fee to dumpers.
